Cancellations
If you are contacting us regarding a cancellation, please note that, as per our T&Cs agreed to when booking, bookings are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled if 24+ hours notice is given prior to booked session. Any requests to reschedule a booking within 48 hours prior to the booking will not be accepted and any correspondence will therefore not be responded to- thank you for your cooperation.

Nearest Parking
Parking can be found nearby at the Buttermarket, Rose Lane Car Park or Cromwell Square Car Park on St Nicholas Street
The Play Den is also a short walk from the bus station
