Yoga and Play

Cancellation Policy

-I understand that my booking is non-refundable and that my booking can only be rescheduled if more than 48 hours notice I given. If I need to cancel within 48 hours, I have the option to gift my booking to a friend or instruct The Play Den to gift my booking to a stranger -I understand that, during my yoga session, I may need to attend to my child/ren if they need support with an element of their play or with emotional regulation -I understand that Yogability and The Play Den do not take responsibility for any injuries that may be obtained during the yoga session or any injuries that children may obtain during the session -I take full responsibility for my health during this event and will consult my GP/health professional if I have any concerns about my health prior to the event -I take full responsibility for monitoring my child’s dietary requirements and will ensure that they avoid any know allergens. Any food that my child eats within The Play Den will not contain nuts -I will ensure that I am acting responsibly and appropriately around, and to, other children and adults attending the setting and setting staff -I will seek assistance from a member of staff when I need to exit the building- the doors must only be locked and unlocked by setting staff -If the fire alarm is sounded, I will follow the setting’s Fire Evacuation procedures and staff’s instructions -I am aware that some activities may involve paint and any other resources that may stain clothes- I will ensure that my child wears clothing that I don’t mind getting potentially ruined -I will encourage my child to tidy up resources when they have finished playing with them
